No matter where you are on your fitness journey we offer a comprehensive “go at your own pace” style for all!

Attire
Dress to impress, yourself! Attire for class should be whatever makes you feel most comfortable! Sneakers are acceptable, however make sure they are for studio use only! Our special Marley wood flooring is better for your body, but sensitive to scuffs from outdoor shoes. The springboard-like surface lessens the wear-and-tear to your joints during workouts.
