Dance is more than just a physical activity - it's an art form that allows you to express yourself in ways you never thought possible. At ALIST Dance Company, we help you discover your passion for dance and embrace your inner dancer.
Students will be guided with strong teamwork ethic and learn leadership qualities for both on and off stage.
At ALIST Dance Company, we believe that dance is meant to be shared. That's why we offer performance opportunities for our company members beyond recitals and competitions. Our competition teams have the opportunity to perform at local venues and fairs for a chance to showcase your skills and share their passion with others.
Company members are required to take as least one ballet class, a pre-pointe class, and their choreography class. Students take classes that challenge and inspire them along with strengthening their technical abilities
Dancers will learn how to enhance not only their technical abilities but also their interview and auditions skills. The transition from studio dancer to professional is a hard one and we focus on training our students for a life in the performance art field.
Company members are encouraged to assist with younger classes and events to help sharpen their leadership skills. Students who show an interest may also participate in an evaluation of class behaviors and skills, then can be elected as a student instructor. With the help of their instructors they will be guided through running their own classes, writing lesson plans, and selecting age appropriate music.
Company Members may not be late for class. Students are expected to show up early in the appropriate attire and begin to stretch and warm up prior to class time.
Students cannot miss more than 2 classes a semester and excessive absences will result in being let go from the team.
If sick/injured students must bring a doctor's note.
Company members are expected to be at all mandatory rehearsals. Extra rehearsals are rare, however, in the event of an additional rehearsal all students are required to show. Mrs. Adrianna will always keep a clear line of communication and parents/students will know in advance.

Tuition covers the cost of 2 company teams (age and style: for example Apprentice Company & HipHop Company). If a dancer would like to participate in more than 2 company teams, an extra $115 a month will be added to tuition.
Company members who are seeking additional non-company classes for their weekly schedule can take those classes at a discounted rate of $20 per class.
Company members are required to attend a week-long intensive. This intensive will prepare our teams for their first season with a focus on team bonding, leadership, dance technique & choreography.
Friday's session is an off-site team-building event - time and location TBD.
